Shipping Policy
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS first class with tracking. Priority shipping is also an option for most items for an additional amount.
Processing Time:
The time needed to prepare the order for shipping can vary depending on the item. For details, see the individual item.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Laine Benthall Jewelry Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return Policy
We do not accept cancellations.
No returns or exchanges for customized items that are made to order.
In stock purchases can be refunded for store credit only.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by emailing lainebenthall@yahoo.com to set up an exchange. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Please have your finger sized before ordering a custom ring. Make sure to size it for the width of the ring you will be ordering (wider rings may need to go up a half size). Ring size may fluctuate with changes in weather and diet. There will be a fee for resizing rings.
