Contemporary handcrafted sterling silver and 14ky gold ring with  bezel set stones and a pearl. 
 
Fabricated by hand using sterling silver wire that is cut, stamped, bent, and polished to form the ring shank. A piece of sterling silver sheet is cut into a fan shape and polished before pieces of sterling silver and 14ky gold wire are cut and soldered to the fan shape. Pieces of sterling silver tubing are cut and soldered to it as well. This part is soldered to the ring shank along with a sterling silver post. The fine silver is raised to the surface to remove firescale and prevent tarnishing. A 4mm and two 2mm natural Blue Topaz round faceted stone is set into the tubing. The piece is brought to a glossy finish. A 6-6.5mm freshwater pearl is attached to the silver post. 
 
The ring shank is 4mm wide and 2mm thick. The fan shape measures about 7/8" long.
