These simple and delicate earrings are handcrafted from 14ky gold and "peacock" freshwater pearls.
 
The ear wire is cut using 20 guage wire and the tip is melted into a ball using the jeweler's torch. A freshwater pearl bead is put on the wire before it is bent by hand into an ear wire. 
 
The earrings measure about 3/4" in length. 
 
A pair of pearls is handpicked to match in size in color. No two pearls are exactly alike, and some earrings may vary in size and color slightly from the photos. The pearls measure about 5-7mm in diameter.
